My name is Zach Brenner, and I am a second-generation pool professional. My father owned and operated Blue Fin Pool & Spa, Inc. located in Andover, MN for over 30 years. Working as the general manager there gave me the privilege of really connecting with the pool community; from the distributors, the customers, and the other local pool companies, this was my family. After my father retired, I spent one year being in the background of another pool company and it didn't take me long to realize my passion for operating and being in the forefront of this industry. I am excited to bring my new company to you offering up quality workmanship with a dedication to offer top products, fair pricing, and a customer focused vision. About Me
I grew up carrying my dad's tools around for him and driving around to different jobsites at an early age, too early to know I should have been earning money for my work (; once I figured that out, I have been making a career in the pool industry ever since. With over 15 years of experience, I have been able to work in about every department and gained a lot of exposure to what makes a pool company function and see what works and what doesn't. One thing that sticks out as a constant is putting customers first and an emphasis on customer experience. It's sometimes hard to take the time to give each customer or each project the time and energy it deserves, especially when the company grows and has hundreds of jobs going on etc. but, being honest, upfront, and treating each customer with kindness and fairness was paramount for my work philosophy and that's what I plan to continue and carry with me every day at Waypoint Pool & Spa. I enjoy all things pool and spa related but what's really fun for me is renovation projects, new builds, and liner replacements. It's instant gratification seeing an old worn-out pool with an ugly liner get tore out then get a new lease on life with a bright new liner, then it's always so fun to see people's visions come to life, whether it be a facelift on an existing pool or getting that dream pool they've always wanted.
When I'm not working, I am spending time with my wife Joleen and our 2 kids Naomi (age 5) and Gordon (age 3). We love everything outdoors; fishing, camping, hunting, swimming, and spending time with
family and friends.
